You have 14 calendar days from the day your parcel arrives to return any item.

2. Condition of Items

Because outdoor and garden equipment must reach the next gardener in pristine condition:

• Items must be in brand-new, unused condition.
• Products must remain uninstalled and repacked in their original packaging with all components, fixtures, and instruction leaflets included.

3. Completely Free Returns (Prepaid Label Inside)

• Return Postage: Free (£0.00).
• Restocking Fees: Zero (£0.00).
• How It Works: Every parcel leaves our warehouse with a prepaid returns shipping label already inside. Simply place the brand-new item back in its box, attach the prepaid label, and take it to your local postal drop-off point.

4. Inspection & Prompt Refunds

• Processing Time: Once your returned item arrives back at our warehouse, our team inspects it and issues your refund within 3 business days.
• Payment Method: Funds are credited directly back to your original Visa or Mastercard.
• Currency: Processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP / £).
